Privacy policy

Wharton Real Estate Group ("we") runs whartonrealtybb.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, a property address if you give one, and your message.
• Basic technical information that our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages requested.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to provide the service you asked about (buying, selling, renting or property management), and to send you matching properties if you asked for them. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored in our CRM, HubSpot. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Email runs on Google Workspace. These providers process data for us under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're working with you, and afterwards for as long as records are needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can stop property emails at any time. Write to [email protected].

We aim to handle personal data in line with the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019 (in force since 31 March 2021; overview).
